The local real estate market is quite diverse and widespread.  There are many  real estate boards that service the local areas.  To help serve our clients better, we are members of the Barrie & District Real Estate Board, (which serves Barrie and surrounding areas); as well as members of the Toronto Real Estate Board (which serves Alliston and surrounding areas) and the Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board (which serves Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas).  The information obtained from being a member on each of these real estate boards is essential in keeping current with the real estate markets in those residential areas.
