I am a Military Relocation Specialist.  My experience as a military spouse helps -- as we all know each posting/move is different, but none seem to go as smoothly as we hope.  That's what I'm here for.  I have a definite advantage in understanding how Buyers and Sellers would like to be treated during this extremely stressful and exciting time of their lives. The local real estate market is quite diverse and widespread.  There are many  real estate boards that service the local areas.  To help serve my client's needs better, I am a member of the Barrie & District Real Estate Board, (which serves Barrie and surrounding areas); as well as a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (which serves Alliston and surrounding areas) and I have access to the Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board (which serves Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas).  The information obtained from being a member on each of these real estate boards is essential in keeping current with the real estate markets in those residential areas.
